Submit an Opportunity

Have a Business, Property, or Deal for Us to Review?

Send the basic information first. MS Realty will look at the opportunity, ask the questions that matter, and decide whether there is a reason to keep working on it.

What you can submit

Start with the opportunity you actually have.

MS Realty reviews businesses, real estate, and controlled opportunities brought by owners, brokers, wholesalers, and other deal sources.

Business + property

An operating business with owned, leased, or separately available real estate.

Investment property

Commercial real estate, multifamily, hospitality, and select residential investment opportunities.

Controlled deal

An opportunity you are authorized to present under a listing, contract, written engagement, or other clear control.

What we need first

Enough information to decide whether it is worth a closer look.

  • What is being sold
  • Location and asking price
  • Your role and authority to submit it
  • Basic financial or property information
  • Timing and seller priorities

What should wait

Keep confidential material controlled.

Do not place confidential CIMs, tax returns, contracts, bank records, tenant files, or diligence documents into the first public form.

If the opportunity passes the initial review, sensitive documents can move into an appropriate transaction file with controlled access.

What happens next

A review, not an automatic promise.

01Submit the basics

Tell us what the opportunity is, where it is, what is being asked, and how you are connected to it.

02Fill the gaps

We may ask for financials, rent information, debt, operations, photos, or other details depending on the asset.

03Decide the route

The opportunity may fit a direct acquisition, a buyer or operator, a partner transaction, a licensed referral, or no further action.

Initial review

Submit the Opportunity

The first step stays short. More detailed questions appear only after we know whether this is a business, property, or partner-controlled deal.

Send the initial details below. MS Realty will review the opportunity before requesting any deeper documentation.

Common questions

Before you submit.

Does submitting an opportunity guarantee an offer?

No. A submission starts a review and does not guarantee acceptance, funding, representation, an offer, or a closing.

Can brokers and wholesalers submit controlled deals?

Yes, when the submitter has the authority to present the opportunity and written economics or marketing terms can be established before active distribution.

Does MS Realty currently provide independent brokerage representation?

No. Brokerage or other regulated activity will occur only when legally authorized or through an appropriate licensed partner.
