Find Me a Deal
Looking for a Specific Business or Property?
If you have a defined acquisition target and the ability to act, tell us what you are looking for. We will decide whether the search fits MS Realty before committing significant sourcing time.
Buyer Network or active search?
These are related, but they are not the same.
The Buyer Network creates a standing profile for opportunities that may fit. A sourcing request asks MS Realty to spend time looking for a defined target.
Best when you want MS Realty to understand your general criteria and contact you when a relevant opportunity appears.
Best when your target, timeline, decision process, and financial capacity are clear enough to support focused sourcing.
What makes a search usable
A real buy box, not “send me anything good.”
- Business industry or real estate asset type
- Geography and acceptable market range
- Revenue, EBITDA/SDE, units, price, or other size limits
- Must-have assets and clear deal breakers
- Funding and structure preferences
- Available equity or financing path
- Decision-makers and operating plan
- Acquisition timeline and diligence readiness
How the engagement develops
Clarity before significant sourcing work.
The first conversation does not require a blanket retainer. If the request fits and becomes an active search, the parties may use a written engagement defining scope, economics, communication, and any appropriate exclusivity.
Tell us exactly what you want to acquire and why it fits your experience or operating plan.
Review the likely purchase range, funding approach, equity, partners, and ability to move through diligence.
Agree on the markets, sources, communication rhythm, economics, and what counts as a qualified opportunity.
MS Realty searches, screens, and presents opportunities under the agreed scope without promising that a transaction will be found or closed.
Acquisition request
Start With the Target
The initial form identifies you and the broad acquisition type. The detailed business or real estate buy box follows through progressive questions.
Tell us the acquisition mandate below. MS Realty will review the criteria and confirm the appropriate sourcing path before requesting deeper qualification.
Common questions
Before requesting a search.
Do all searches require a retainer?
No. Initial conversations do not require a blanket retainer. Serious active searches may later use a written engagement, defined economics, or appropriate exclusivity.
Why does capacity need to be verified?
Focused sourcing takes time, and sellers, brokers, and partners may require evidence that a buyer can realistically pursue the opportunity.
Does MS Realty guarantee it will find or close a deal?
No. MS Realty can define and conduct an approved search, but no opportunity, financing, offer, or closing is guaranteed.
